Turning material waste into usable value
Steel processors often encounter edge scrap, distorted material, unusual dimensions or coils that standard equipment cannot handle easily. Chu FengTe focused on whether these materials could be levelled, cut or reprocessed instead of being discarded.
A machine designed around the problem
The “Invincible Locking King” represented a hands-on design approach: understand the material condition first, then create the structure, holding method and processing sequence needed to manage it safely.
Material first
Thickness, width, flatness, coil shape and surface condition determine the processing plan.
Custom equipment
Processing experience was translated into machinery for material that standard lines struggled to handle.
Better utilization
The goal was to return edge material and non-standard steel to a usable production flow.
The lasting technical value
The real legacy is not only one machine. It is RUIJI’s method of breaking down difficult steel problems, checking constraints and evaluating whether equipment, tooling or process changes can create a workable solution.
